Proximity to services. Patio door to unpack and pack car.
Negatives:
Walls are very thin. Was woken up multiple times during our stay by a group of loud neighbours. They did not respect the policy of the premises. Rooms need to change to laminate flooring, carpet is outdated and musty. People with serious allergies should stay away.
