The spa did not look so clean, and the mushroom watersplash has not been working ( put down on purpose?). I guess I wish I saw some staff cleaning the pool area sometimes (slide stairs, etc) as you do wonder how often it is cleaned. I also wish they would put the towels for the pool available so you dont need to ask the front desk lady, she is busy enough. The breakfast was okay but could be improved a bit.

Reading lights which were mounted on the wall had cords that didn't reach the sockets,resulting in no lights in bedroom portion of suite. Informed staff twice but they never responded. Tub did not drain and always had standing water in it. Found this to be very unsanitary. Suite was never cleaned and never received fresh towels

The breakfast and the general hotel layout was excellent. It is right in the heart of Ste. Agathe Des Monts and all services and food outlets were instantly available.
Negatives:
The electronic room keys cards were defective. I made 4 trips over two days to replace defective cards. A bath towel towel in the "cleaned room" before our arrival was not clean.
