Clean, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, very polite staff, enjoyed the pool.
Negatives:
The noise from the highway, couldn't sleep too much, had the impression that the window was open, would be great a better isolation. I imagine the rooms on the other side of the building might not have the same issue, try to ask your room on the other side of the highway if you're sensible to the noise. Otherwise would give a 10.

Negatives:
The noise from the highway, couldn't sleep too much, had the impression that the window was open, would be great a better isolation. Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was incredibly young.
Negatives:
In a hotel that was practically empty I was placed in a room on the top floor, furthest away from the elevator. The room was also on the extreme tip of the building facing the highway. I was sick and just drove 900km so I was too tired to debate. Extremely noisy room. Had to shut the fridge off due to the noise it made. The room was also quite cold. I turned the heat higher than normal. The shower was broken.

I had difficulty getting a hard copy of my bill. The front desk stay believed my bill should come from bookings even though I paid at the hotel. Without a bill for travel expense claims I cant stay there. It was eventually resolved (I got the receipt) but was an unnecessary hassle Ive not experienced when booking through this site at other hotels
