Positives:
the place is cozy, the rooms are good, clean and the breakfast was also very good.
Negatives:
Since we arrived at the hotel there was dirt inside the elevator and the next day when we went to the cafe it was still dirty, there was also a smell of cigarettes in the hotel hallway.
another reason I didn't like it and what is worrying for health there was a woman with a dog so far so good the problem is that when she goes to help herself to breakfast, she takes her dog with her on her lap and thus serves herself, the dog is close to all the food that everyone else will also help themselves to, which is not pleasant at all, because dogs also transmit diseases like this. as they lick their private parts, they may lick or sneeze, which is unacceptable, unacceptable
if you have dogs Ok, but there are certain parts that the dog shouldn't have access to, like food, it's something that he shouldn't even be close to because if the dog isn't going to have a coffee with us either, he shouldn't be there either, he should have a specific space for them in the hotel, and not simply bringing it next to the table

Negatives:
Staff greetings wasn't cool, i brought my dog with me since the hotel was pet friendly, i haven't noticed anywhere on the app where i should click to inform them. So they were upset to redo the entire process of checking me in.
I choose the option to pay later when i arrived at the property and was told that this option shouldn't be used, they want payment immediately at the booking.
My access card bugged about 10times (not because of my cellphone they were stired in different pockets) giving me staff upset looks to see me again, ending up with 5 different access card to the room.
The shower wasn't clean and the towels were stained by some black make up.
