Negatives: Loud music I didn’t like loud music cuz they waking me up before 12 am n I wonder why all the black people are there! They take over us!

Negatives: Awful experience. When i arrived the two people behind the desk were whispering whilst sorting my check in on the computer. Then walking to my room felt like something you would see in a horror film. A complete rabbit warren with room number signs that didnt make sense. Men sat on chairs in the corridors, staff walking round in dirty tracksuits and caps but wearing Radisson jackets. Very noisy with people in the corridors all night shouting and slamming doors. I felt so scared i piled my suitcase and furniture against the door incase someone tried to get in. The room was dusty and the thermostat panel on the wall wouldnt turn on so it was very cold. I arrived late at night and my son was really ill and i didnt want to drag him into the cold again so we stayed the night. I slept maybe 2 hours on and off as i was too scared to sleep properly. I left at 8am and went to a much nicer and cheaper hotel in downtown Montreal

Negatives: You don't respond to requests

Negatives: We flew from Ukraine straight to the hotel. We have no money; our relatives and friends paid for us. We came to work and fled from the war. The first thing I did not liked was that the man at the morning service at the buffet constantly asked where his tip was. I was ashamed and unpleasant that I didn’t have the money to give him. The second thing is that they charged us a fee upon entry and after that they charged us several times for nothing and should have returned it right away, but it was returned a week later. It was our last money and we had to call Ukraine to ask for money. It was terrible. The hotel is excellent, the staff should be more humane in their attitude towards customers.
