Positives:
The location of the hotel is the best and we had access to both historical sites and nice restaurants. The staff were great and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was nice, though it could have been much better if some fresh fruit were served.
Negatives:
The hotel has no elevator and the stairs were narrow, so a bit inconvenient. Also, I am not sure if it was only in our room or all rooms had this problem. It is just that the flush in the bathroom was making lots of noise. It was as if it made the flush sound every time someone in any other rooms would flush the toilet!! I could hear the flush sound every other minutes which was disturbing and made me wake up several times in the middle of night.

Traveling with another couple. They accommodated request that our room be next to each other. Everyone was very pleasant
Negatives:
I asked the individual at the desk when we arrived if I could extend our stay for another night if we wanted to and she said yes as long as we let them know before 11am at 9am when I asked the I was informed that the room we had was not available.

Didnt realise breakfast was included so that was a very nice surprise and everyone who slept in the beds said they were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The sofa bed was quite bumpy and deformed so that it sagged significantly from the chest down. Also a lot of us didnt like that all the breakfast plates and cutlery was single use, disposable.
