Everything closed at 11pm on a Friday night (bar, pool). We were in town for a special event in the evening and would have liked to go to the pool when we came back. It is quite unfortunate that they couldn’t make an exception considering the extreme heat. Also considering it’s summer and there is a special event in town until mid-August.

Positives:
I was given a room on the side of the conference center and the A/C fans are loud so I had trouble sleeping. The next morning I asked and the person at the reception moved me to another room. That was very helpful. They did mention I could also have come to change the room during the night.
Negatives:
I purchased the room with breakfast at 37 CAD per day. It turned out that the restaurant is a la carte and only a select number of items are included in the voucher. I ended up having a standard omelette for 37 dollars (!) and pay extra for orange jus and a cappuccino plus a tip. I asked for a refund at the reception for the other two vouchers but got denied because the booking was made on Booking.com. So, don't book the breakfast on Booking.com to avoid this situation.
