Negatives:
After entering the room, I called to request an additional quilt. The room service staff brought a sheet instead. I called again, requesting a quilt, and the staff on the phone was very impatient. After waiting for 30 minutes with no one showing up, I had no choice, I was tired and carried the sheet to the front desk, asking for an extra quilt. Finally, the room service staff brought what you see in the picture. I was too exhausted and had to make do with it to fall asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night, shivering, as the room's heating had automatically switched to cooling. I won't be coming back.
