Positives:
Nothing worthwhile! Even your picture above made my stomach turn! As I recalled the failings of this (so called) hotel which the website showed a swimming pool that obviously was not available and. Had been so for a long TIME!
I also wrote a strongly worded complaint on our departure which w vas supposed to be presented to the Director which I was advised would be available on Monday next, whence I took the opportunity to call to discuss ( after being advised by the front desk person ) only to find she was not going to be on site on this
Date! I was dismayed and disgusted that my official complaint issues were not going to be dealt with , and my concerns unanswered! ( despite all my contact details being provided.
Negatives:
No ground floor rooms available as the hotel had let them all out ? This was untrue after my investigations !
No proper breakfast at all, after the lady did not turn in for work, and hotel failed to provide this advertised usual benefit!
I demanded a refund of 40 USD FROM OUR ROOM RATE FOR THIS REAL FAILURE
The shower control tap was badly broken and needed to be replaced

Comfortable bed, clean enough. Good wifi. Bus to town stops right outside. Breakfast ok.

Just depressing - in need of a good renovation. Couldnt initial get the back door to our room securely locked. Grumpy and unhelpful member of staff on check in. Dirty carpets.

The rooms were dirty, the bed had hairs and sheets were dirty. The bath room had hairs all over the place. Bathroom door lock was broken and did not lock. The cabinets were full of dust. The windows were sealed shut. The AC did not work, even if you turn the dial the room stayed hot and stuffy. The rooms were poorly ventilated. The food for breakfast was cold and not fresh. The plates looked dirty.
