I traveled from 0930 am to 11:30 PM when I got there. I did not stay there because they refused to take cash and insisted they use my debt card as proof of who I was. I told them there was only $13 in my account and my card was cancelled because of fraud charges. She contacted the owner who said she has to have a card so I gave her my new one which only had $13 in the account. She ran the card through once again and it was denied again. Her answer with a smile on her face was I am sorry, but we dont take cash. They better not try to take money out of my account when there is money in there or charge me for not arriving. I said that she was going to make me sleep in the car all night with my two cats and she just smiled. For a Quality Inn that is the worse service and attitude I have ever seen. Since when is a debt card better than cash!!
