We had room on the 5th floor and woke up with bed bug bites!! I never mentioned anything to the staff at check out because I have severe allergies. So, when I woke up to several red smaller marks on my arm in a cluster, I thought maybe it was just hives from the bedding, which would have been the first (never had a reaction to hotel bedding), but again, I have very bad allergies. Today, a few days after our one nights stay here, those red marks are about twice the size they were at first and they are painful, red, itchy, and a few are now pimple like welts… definitely not hives as I innocently thought at first, believing I was staying at a clean, bed bug free establishment. Again, these marks appeared in the morning after checking in… I wanted to believe these were not bites, but all the signs point to they are….This is my biggest fear coming to life. There is nothing I could do now, besides warn others not to stay here. I will need to get my whole house fumigated so I don’t spread these disgusting creatures any further than they’ve already traveled, I live in Edmonton, Alberta. So, the bed bugs I’ve now brought into my home after a night here are well travelled. We normally stay at the Holiday Inn which is very close to this property, unfortunately it was full Friday march 15th, when we needed to check in; we had to try this place. Never again will I try stay somewhere new. I never leave bad reviews but bed bugs are just unacceptable. Do better.

Bfast was completed at 9.30am on a Saturday so did not make it. Room was a decent size and bed comfortable.
Negatives:
The noisiest heater I have ever heard. Was like an aircraft engine blowing directly onto the bed keeping me up most of the night.
