I was very disappointed with this stay. The heat in the room was freezing and nothing was done when mentioned. Never towells at the pool. Breakfast was okay but lineups were atroshish and nothing was cleaned properly

Cleaning lady just walked in to my room at 8:30am with no knocking or anything! And why so early and no knocking? Told front desk and nothing was done about it! Ive been staying here for almost 2 months off and on mostly on!

The freezer in the fridge was full of ice. Needs to be de frosted. There was standing water on the bottom of the fridge. There was a spring poking out of the mattress and the water pressure was very low.

It was a great hotel.

We stayed at the hotel because of wifi so I was able to work. I called the front desk twice, no answer. I was going to question as to why I had no wifi. Nothing for wifi the whole weekend.

Though the condition and appearance of the hotel is showing its age, it is still acceptably clean. We liked the fact that it was quiet for sleeping and that the free breakfast offers a decent selection of options. Herbal tea would be great too.

Can't think of anything. We've stayed there before and found it adequate for our needs. Thanks.

Price. Comfortable beds.

Pillows were horrible. Pool water was dirty. Carpets were filthy. We were given a room that was not make up. We requested another room. Key card for the new room didnt work. Had to make 3 trips from the third floor to the desk to get things straightened out.

Aside from the price, there was not much else to appreciate here.
