Nothing. They wouldn’t expect because we would t pay by visa. We said we can put a Visa card on file and pay cash and they shut us down and we just drove 8hr . And they did nothing to help us.

Tried to order room service. They said they didn’t have any. Call the restaurant to place order. Someone forgot me on the line. Called again oh yeah, I will call you when it’s ready. I waited for over an hour so I called again, which just being packaged. Got the food it was ice cold served in a box instead of a plate and everything was stuck together, that was disgusting. You have people working there that don’t speak. English can’t understand never stay there again.

Really disappointed that I didn’t know about the laundry available on the 3rd floor. Guesrs should be told this immediately when they arrive.
I found I could hear every single bang from the room next door. The kids kept slamming the doors and it was irritating as hell. I called to complain but that did nothing.
On my last day, I went to the pool. 4 young guys were drinking alcohol in the hot tub. I notified staff, they talked to the guys but continued to drink the alcohol. Super disappointing.
