The front desk staff informed us that Regina residents weren't allowed to book there which makes ZERO sense. People get displaced from their homes all the time, fires happen & pest issues, and sometimes there's birthday parties to celebrate..anniversaries

Negatives:
Staff on arrival were not friendly. Room was in basement with window level to busy sidewalk alongside the hotel. Bed mattress cover had some small stains. Overall room was old. Will never stay there again.
