Booked on bookings.com and come to realize after that it was cheaper to book direct and staff refused to price match.. got to the room which looked beautiful but wreaked of cat pee it was nasty.

This hotel has always been my go to. But this last time required a credit card for damage deposit which i dont have, even after staying here 4 times this year alone n more in past, was very discouraged
