Staff were nice. Even recommended local places to go to.
Asked for extra pillows and blankets which were provided almost instantly. This was the only thing I was satisfied and found great bout the hotel.
Negatives:
Found hair on the extra hair provided by the hotel in the rooms. Renovations smell in the corridors was a little uncomfortable. Allot of things in the hotel room seemed outdated and barely holding on. Door handle seemed wobbly. Carpet was heavily damaged and repaired in numerous spots. Could see allot of dirt and debris bellow beds and on the corners. Food available in breakfast was unpleasing as there was only a few options to choose from, addition of scrambled eggs and sausages would have been nice. There was only one fulfilling option which was the waffle. Speaking of waffle, there was only one waffle maker in the breakfast bar which was causing a big line up as people were not able to use it properly either. Couch had tears and holes along with stains on it. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the springs were all worn out from extensive use.
