The rooms thermostat wouldn't change from hot so they offered us a fan and we had to sleep with the loudness and windows open. Horrible experience. Would have rather been offered another room or a refund since we weren't able to sleep until after 3:30 am! We requested a late checkout and front desk called at 11:10 am.

Pillows were hard as rocks, all you could hear was noise from other rooms. There was kids screaming all night. So we got no sleep. We won’t be staying here again.

The pool was filthy and way too much chemicals. Dyed my son's swimming trunks and resulted in itchy skin for entire family on back and arms. The beds moved around too easily on the frames. There was no option for decafe coffee.

The location is excellent, especially if you’re hitting an event at the arena, and, with a Tim’s right next door, you can opt to have a better breakfast without having to go anywhere.
Negatives:
This is an individual specific complaint but, for me, the beds were awful. They were way too hard to get a good night sleep. Also, the pillows were extremely thick so, unless you’re a side sleeper, I suggest bringing your own.
