Great service and atmosphere, comfortable bed, lots of towels, 2nd TV over the jet tub was awesome, good food.
Negatives:
Pool was too cold to swim in and full of little kids. They were having a blast and which was great for them but there wasn't much for comfortable seating around the pool and unfortunately no hot tub.

Size of the room was good. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean. It was quiet at night
Negatives:
Cleaning stuff was coming around too early knocking on doors and it was not possible to get good morning rest after being out late at night. The booking says check out was at 1pm but we were woken up at 9am. Pillows were huge and we are small people who can’t fall asleep with our heads propped up on thick pillows. It was impossible to fall asleep. Pillows smelt heavily on Chemicals and also the dust from the carpet was very heavy making the air in the room heavy and stuffy. The front desk over charged me without using the booking information that I had on my Apple Pay. They didn’t even give me receipt. The front desk person had stains all over their suit and shirt. Carpets are outdated and filthy which need to be replaced.

Staff was not friendly checking in and a different staff member on check out wasn't friendly either. Did not say much. No asking how our stay was and no thank you or anything. I asked for my receipt and they said nothing after handing it to me. Staff was friendly in the restaurant at the hotel though. Won't stay again. Rather stay at another hotel. We stay at many hotels because my kids travel a lot for hockey. We stayed at another hotel prior to this one for a hockey tournament but decided my kids and I would stay one more night at the Saskatoon Inn because we like the pool but we will not be staying / booking again in the future. This is the 2nd time and I remember staff not friendly or welcoming last time as well.

It was clean and comfortable and there was no noise at night so i slept very well.
Negatives:
Only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of was the fact that the water took a while to heat up and cool down in the shower.
