Super 8 by Wyndham Saskatoon Near Downtown

Negatives: The drug users out front, dirty room, hotel staff not around, vending machines not working, no toilet paper or hand towels in room, breakfast was just muffins in plastic with apple juice, and loud people in hallways all night.

Negatives: Dirty bedding, stains on towels, Breakfast advertisement and was given by it was only a coffee, muffin, apple and a juice box

Negatives: Room was disgusting. Bed bugs on the sheets and dirt and food all over the floor. Stained shower curtain, lamp shade and curtains. Filthy.. this place should be shut down. Staff refused to give refund despite multiple photos of the bugs and disgusting state of the room. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car if you have to, I wish I had. For $170 for the night was insane.

Negatives: Everything. Meth heads in and around the hotel being top of the list. Dont bring your family here!

Negatives: It felt awkward there was a couple fighting next door to us. And it needs to be renovated

Negatives: The curtains didn’t close so had to find something to close them. No washcloths, only left us not even half a roll of toilet paper to use.

Negatives: From the moment we arrived it was obvious that the management does have any pride in this business. The parking lot, the entrance to the hotel, the lobby, the elevator, the hallways and the room were dirty. There was garbage on the floors. It was so dirty that I did not want to touch the room surfaces. You can be a small business with basic services but do it with pride! You do not have to be basic and dirty. There is nothing wrong with basic, but there is lots wrong with dirty.

Negatives: Our tv didn't have a remote, they did not give us one. One of our lamps was missing a lightbulb. Customer service was horrible especially with female employee. They made our daughter cry. Towels were dirty. Room was dirty.

Negatives: It started off with a rather rude front desk clerk whom, when we tried to check in at 2 as it says on the site AND the sign in the lobby, simply stated l, check in isn’t 3. I get that they were busy and things happen that you get behind, and an honest upfront answer telling us that this is the case would have been more appropriate. Second - towels and linens. I’m a stickler for checking every place for bugs (thank goodness this place didn’t have any) but the “clean” sheets appears to have dried blood spots on them. It was one small spot so I didn’t read too much into it. However, went to have a shower in the morning and the clean folded towel on the rack was full of, what appeared to be, black eye makeup! Really guys? Needless to say my husband and I had to share the one clean towel. I know this is a bit of a rough area, but I assumed there would be some sort of general basic standard practice when it came to a Super 8.
