It started off with a rather rude front desk clerk whom, when we tried to check in at 2 as it says on the site AND the sign in the lobby, simply stated l, check in isn’t 3. I get that they were busy and things happen that you get behind, and an honest upfront answer telling us that this is the case would have been more appropriate.
Second - towels and linens. I’m a stickler for checking every place for bugs (thank goodness this place didn’t have any) but the “clean” sheets appears to have dried blood spots on them. It was one small spot so I didn’t read too much into it. However, went to have a shower in the morning and the clean folded towel on the rack was full of, what appeared to be, black eye makeup! Really guys? Needless to say my husband and I had to share the one clean towel.
I know this is a bit of a rough area, but I assumed there would be some sort of general basic standard practice when it came to a Super 8.

Worst experience ever. Extremely dirty.
Carpets were dirty, elevator was stinking, there were no toiler paper in our room, no towels & when we asked for the towel, the hotel staff gave us very dirty & stained towels. We didnt even take a shower in this hotel.
Please, only stay here if you want to waste your money.
I have stayed in motels 10 times cleaner than this hotel.

Room not cleaned properly,hair left inside the Bath, no napkins, toilet paper,the one used for 90% fid sit. The guest server did not act back on such inqury when was verbally asked. No breakfast. 3items, no eggs,or meat, apple had dark brown spots on it.

YACKY! Very dirty all over. Greasy Finger Marks on lamp, bathroom counter very sticky and dirty. Can’t turn on bathroom light cause the fan and light are on the same switch and the fan runs high pitch noisy. The floors haven’t been vacuum in a long time and carpets has something on I cant say. Towels and beds sheets stained. Very old furniture. Nothing nice about this room. I didn’t get what we reserved for. Anyway not what super 8 use to be. Will never book with them again. I had to book in a motel yesterday night. Clean, pleasant room, nicely decorated, quiet.
