Location. Pet friendly. Security camera over parking area although not sure how closely it is monitored. Whitehorse has a reputation for B&E and vandalism. Hotel is well lit and a lot cleaner than its Westmark days.
Negatives:
The main heater in my room wasn't working so they had a plug-in heater in its place. Heater couldn't keep up. Heater was very noisy, and the room was cold.

I liked the clean comfortable room and the friendly smiling girl when I checked out. I like the fact I could bring my pet.

When I checked in the person on duty was not friendly or welcoming. I thought I got a receipt for my stay, but I only got a receipt for the pet charge.
