Negatives: Absolutely nothing this was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. The staff was rude. The bathrooms were dirty free Internet they advertised was no Internet at all. She told me we cannot eat in the rooms and she kept $15 of my $50 deposit for a dirty washcloth hot breakfast included cold cereal, yogurt and waffles. Ask for bottom rooms we were placed on top. No one was in the rooms on bottom floor in front. She tells me at checkout if I didn’t like the rooms to go to the hotel down the road they were much better. No toilet paper. Not enough towels. Then charged me almost $100 more than booking.com. Told me it would be.

Negatives: Not a whole lot of parking.

Negatives: I did not like the handicap bathroom at all; the way it was designed water went all over bathroom floor and also water never got hot had to take cold showers. Breakfast wasn't the greatest they didn't have anything but waffle maker and coffee, a bagel or toast , fruit or something would have been nice. The smell of the room I didn't like either, it just smelled closed up and old. The floor felt like it had something on it if u dared to not wear any shoes on it. Beds were not comfortable.

Negatives: My stay was three days. On the first day I woke up with some hives on my body, not many of them. I thought they were bites from Sancudo. On my second night I woke up with more bites. I think there were bed bugs.

Negatives: i booked for three children and one adult there was only three towel four hand towels and three wash clothes. when i asked for another set she was rude and said she could not give me anymore. after i had to argued with her about having to use someones wash cloth after they used it. she finely gave me one. both days we had to wait on moor breakfast to be made. we booked this because it had a pool and when we got there there pool was so green and dirty they said it was closed because they was putting chemicals in it. the next day the pool was open and i could feel the slime still on the steps and some of the people that worked there went up and got moor towels to use at pool. this did not make me feel to good when i could not get moor towels i had to go bye some so we had dry ones the next day. Not Happy

Negatives: Office staff very unfriendly and evasive.Will never stay there again.Noisey.Door to room did not close properly, fridge leaked, minimal hot water in shower, very few tv channels available.

Negatives: We asked for an additional towel (we needed 3 instead of two) and the desk clerk had a rude attitude. I also accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and the bed was made up while we were gone and the soiled sheet was not changed. The ice machine was broken. Upon checking out there was no thank you for staying with us, how was you stay, etc. from the desk clerk, the same one from the towel incident. We are not high maintenance but we have never encountered this at previous motes/hotels.
