The staff was super helpful when the parking lot was full and there was nowhere for us to park. The girl move her personal vehicle to give us her spot.

The room was clean as always. They once again put me in the accessible situation. Very friendly desk clerk. Firm bed.
Negatives:
The new management was long overdue but slow in making necessary improvements. The ice machine still does not work and my TV has ragged sound (in the lower frequencies). Parking delineation is still washed out; caused me a problem last time and has no handicap designation, which I need. The room smelled funny when I entered but it was hot; once the A/C did its job things were OK.
