Got there after 4pm check in, the people in front of us were told their rooms weren't cleaned yet, neither was ours. We finally were notified around 5 p.m., they were ready. The front desk clerk was texted a list of about 10 rooms at once instead of being informed after each room was ready. We then were not able to get ready for our event that we planned on being at by 5:30. Just had to change and do the bare minimum. On top of that, the mini fridge didn't work. Probably won't be back.

There was a smear of what looked like dried blood, feces, or I'm hoping mud on the wall in our room. When I asked the housekeeping staff to clean it, they were very friendly and said they'd take care of it, but it was never cleaned during our stay. The indoor pool was FREEZING which was a disappointment for my 8-year-old daughter. We actually chose this hotel for the fact it had an indoor pool, so it was a bit of a letdown. Our air conditioning was cutting off frequently during the night and my daughter and I both woke up sweaty throughout the night.
