Positives:
The location was great. We had a basketball tournament about 15 minutes away. The staff took care of us and changed my room due to a fire alarm issue, and this also fixed the room odor issue.
Negatives:
There was an odor in my room that I couldn't make out. The fire alarm was let off by someone at 3am.

Way over priced I have stayed a this hotel plenty of times and never paid that much and I had a regular room not even a suite but I did find out that something was going in town so I guess that’s why the rates was so low expensive

the customer service was awesome. i have never stayed in a hotel that provides breakfast and dinner and drinks for free!!!! That's Awesome. The cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful. Lavonda was wonderful, during breakfast, she always walks around and have positive interaction with guest, making sure we had what we needed, I really appreciated her and the rest of the crew for being so attentive and polite. I will be back.
Negatives:
The elevator was a little slow, but that is ok because everything else that was good made up for that. I did not the short amount of time I was there because I will definitely be back and stay a little longer.
