We arrived late at night, tired from an event. We checked in a got our room keys, went all the way to the room just for the keys to not work (mistakes happen but it was frustrating because we had driven 4 hours that morning and then attended an event all day, we were ready for bed) The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and there was hair on the comforter. The staff wasn’t very welcoming and some were even rude. Our phone in our room didn’t work so I called from my cell phone asking what time breakfast ended and told her that I was calling from my cell phone because the phone wasn’t working. I wasn’t complaining about the phone not working just simply telling her so she knew why I was calling from my cell phone. She proceeded to get defensive and rude and told me that it ran once and didn’t let it ring enough for her to answer. She stated this multiple times even though I told her that I hung up because the phone didn’t even have a dial tone so I didn’t think it was working. It didn’t ring or anything. Overall it was a place to sleep and wasn’t terrible. The service could have been better and there could have been a little more cleanliness.

The room was spacious and at first look, great. It was close too the conference we were going to. Easy check in, friendly staff, decent pricing!
Negatives:
Our room was not cleaned well. Our duvet on the bed was dirty and, there was what looked like dried blood on our shower curtain. The wall by the vanity had a sticky red substance on it.
The breakfast items I tried were a little stale (muffins) however my spouse and friends who stayed in another room enjoyed the items they had.
