Positives: Hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable.
Negatives: Night staff was very rude when we were checking in. Upon checking in we were told that one of the rooms was having issues with hvac, we decided to collapse that room with another but I'm still waiting on those pending charges to drop. I also have another charge on my card when there should only be one charge, the staff could not tell me what that charge was for. When we inquired upon arrival about the charges, the front desk person was extremely rude. I went back the next morning and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY nice and said she would work on the refunds so we are still waiting.

Negatives: No place to take my dog to go to the bathroom except an area across a busy street, then down some stairs, to a church that had grass and where the homeless lived. HORRIBLE The bedroom itself was extremely dirty. There was an opened hotel sample of Colgate just lying on the bathroom counter. The shower had brown stuff all over it. It hadn’t even been cleaned. The bar was closed because they were short staffed; therefore there were no dining options either as excepted per advertised. We were charged for items that we didn't even purchase. VERY DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED. I WILL BE POSTING ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

Positives: We were highly disappointed in the property. It had a strange smell, the parking garage was sketchy (smelled and looked as though someone had urinated in it) and our room was dirty. The floor had not been swept, the pillows had hair on them and the shower knob continued to fall off. The area surrounding the hotel was uncomfortable. We had homeless people walking up to us and getting into our personal space. I went to get carry out at a restaurant across the street and a drunk homeless man followed me in. The waiter told him he had to leave and was calling the police. The waiter then told me to watch out because the homeless man often carried a knife and made females feel uncomfortable. He said many places had left the area due to the unsafe conditions. He then told me to watch out for the man outside because he is sneaky.

Negatives: It was very loud at night. We old not sleep due to the noise. Also their was hair on the pillow that was on the bed.

Positives: Location is good.
Negatives: The hotel room was not clean. Elevator call button didn’t work for going down so we had to go up first each time we left our floor. The elevators quit working altogether at one point and we had to use the stairs for our 5th floor room. Some staff was nice. Valet not helpful with luggage.
