The floors in the room were sticky and there was a sticker on the floor that has not been cleaned up from a previous person.
Outside of the room in the hallway and elevator area was a very strong disgusting smell (like adult diaper smell)
The area was sketchy. The only hotel we ever stayed that had to lock the door 24h to prevent transient people from coming in. Transient people were everywhere outside. We were trying to get into the hotel to check in and it took a while for someone to let us in. Only one of the elevators were operating. The security check for the elevator expired in February and it made a weird sound for every floor.

Clean and safe, they lock the front doors after dark to ensure safety! Valet downtown is also extremely helpful.

Night staff was very rude when we were checking in. Upon checking in we were told that one of the rooms was having issues with hvac, we decided to collapse that room with another but I'm still waiting on those pending charges to drop. I also have another charge on my card when there should only be one charge, the staff could not tell me what that charge was for. When we inquired upon arrival about the charges, the front desk person was extremely rude. I went back the next morning and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY nice and said she would work on the refunds so we are still waiting.
