Positives:
The area had the appearance of quiet, though this was not true in fact, due to poor noise insulation.
Negatives:
The woman at the front desk made a point of telling me, in a slightly veiled way, that I was only staying a single night, and would thus be placed in an inferior room. She, was a slightly portly woman, who identified herself as being from Michigan. Every room that I was shown was infested with mold to some degree or another, and none were the room type that I booked.

Some of the staff were incredibly rude when we went to the front desk to ask for extra towels. They were talking with (I’m assuming) another employee, rolled their eyes when we asked, didn’t acknowledge us aside from asking how many extra towels we wanted, and then placed them on the desk and turned away from us immediately

The facility, given the upscale location. I was originally placed in an unclean room with broken furniture(drawer facings hanging off hinges, bed was not made up on second bed). I could hear loud phone conversations in the hall outside my door late at night. Saw a lot of work trucks in the parking lots, so a different clientele than expected.
