I don't think I've ever stayed in hotel that was this dirty. And I had to ask for bath towels. I tried calling the font desk several times and no one answered. I finally cornered a maid in the hallway. Don't stay here!

The pricing of this hotel is overpriced IMO…almost 300 for one night which doesn’t include the $22 for overnight parking nor $60 fee that’s given back at check out. If you have a large truck/SUV you will need to pay valet because the small entrance to self parking will have you contacting your insurance company to get your bumper fixed smh. The rooms were nice, bathrooms definitely needed a deep clean and it’s extremely noisy at night. I’ve stayed in Birmingham multiple times and this is by far my least favorite hotel.
