Motel 6-Birmingham AL

Negatives: 1 towel, no toilet paper but desk supplied both towels & paper.

Negatives: The first room was dirty with a broken towel rack laying in the floor. The clerk gave me a key to another room and it looked like someone had broken into the room with a crow bar. That room was cleaner but still not what i would call clean. There were no towels in the room and we were sent to the laundry room to get clean towels. The exterior of this facility is dismal at best... old mattresses were laying out by the trash hopper and there was a couple of old washing machines in the stairwell.

Negatives: Dirty and a lot of drug activity. Stay one night door to room was barely secure and while checking out in morning we found syringes laying in walkway

Negatives: smell of pot people screaming

Negatives: needs to be updated very badly

Negatives: It was disgusting. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the shower needed to be replaced instead they just caulked it everywhere. It smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. I was embarrassed I paid to stay there.

Negatives: Asked for non smoking got ashtray smelling room. Staff was rude! Noise all night long. Checked at 11 pm Checked out 7 am. Afraid to use the bathroom.

Negatives: house keeping failing to do their job.

Negatives: house keeping wasn’t on top of grabbing trash for guests, and we stayed 3 nights, and the house keeping lady never brought any clean towels or clean wash cloths.
