Negatives: The room was poorly managed..woke up with roaches crawling on the walls...was not clean...Did Not stay the second night...Also the room was very small...

Negatives: The elevator is old

Negatives: The room was not ready when I got there which was understandable because I got there 15 minutes before check-in time; however, after traveling all day I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the restroom was out of order in the lobby as was the vending machine. That evening I needed to go to the car and get something and I had to walk down a long dark hallway with no lighting, stand in front of the elevator in the dark, alone, a 68 year old woman, as I pounded on the elevator button until it finally opened. This became a common occurrence because I had to hit the elevator button at least five times every time I used it before the door would open). Not only could I not see in that hallway, I could have fallen and been injured. Later I realized the lights were on a timer. Perhaps they should put motion detectors instead of a timer because it was already dark out before the lights came on.

Negatives: The place was old and gross. Toilet filled, cigaburn holes in bed cover, luggage carrier broken, garbage laying all over rear of hotel. Pool. Ugh gross. Had to ask for money back after seeing second room no better.

Negatives: The staff was some what rude gave us a room that the refrigerator didn’t work and the guy that came in can’t do nothing or know a lick of English . I don’t think I would be going here again

Negatives: The door didn't lock. The phone in room didn't work. Wasn't customer service friendly. Clerk was on a personal call with family. Room smelled like a dungeon and needed to be aired out. I booked 2 weeks or more ahead. Card was pre-charged. I have to wait 8 to 10 days for a refund. Floor around toilet was awful. Tissue withhold flush. Dust webs or spider webs on all the other room doors .

Negatives: The carpets were nasty and sticky, there was nasty stuff on the walls and wall hangings, the sheets were very stained up. Also, There was a crack in the toilet seat that pinches when you sit down..

Negatives: Yes the room I had was terrible there was a busted pipe and water was leaking through the wall and going through the carpet and it was wet

Negatives: No breakfast, no pool access, housekeeping expected me to change my own trash, actually HANDED me the bags and said “you change please”, dirty and not enough towels delivered, key card entry to hotel did not work, has to wait for front desk to become aware of our presence and let us in, elevator constantly slipping on cables on way up, small roach spotted

Negatives: The pool was green. They smoked in the room. It wasn’t the cleanest. Totally run down. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Just gross man.
