Had to kill a few insects, the bed was hard and lumpy, the sheets were dingy and didn’t fit the mattress, the ac unit for noisy , no breakfast available , they seemed to be understaffed

The room was pretty clean. I'm a very picky housekeeper and I was really impressed. The bed was comfortable and our little dog stayed at no extra charge. We had enough clean towels, the hotel was well located, the staff were nice and the price was fair. I would stay here again, for sure.

It was quiet and clean. Central location to everything we wanted to do. Would stay there again if visiting Birmingham.
Negatives:
The air conditioner in the room was going out. Fortunately it was not very hot outside during our stay so it was not that bad in our room. We notified the receptionist at checkout so they could fix it.
