Negatives: The room was too noisy because of the interstate traffic and the bed linings were all white and they had brown stains on them and the bathroom wasn’t very clean there was still hair on the wall around the shower

Negatives: If your not a Marriott member you'll pay 10 bucks for internet. Parking is 29 bucks and breakfast is an extra cost. I'd say charge a little more and offer these for free. Although I'm a Marriott member so internet was free but for others it's should just be added to the cost of the room. The hotel had a cross walk to the BJCC bit it isn't available apparently to be used.

Negatives: employee knocked once on our door at 9am - husband asleep me in bathroom. Didn’t answer so they opened the door with their card key. Thankfully I had the security lock on so they didn’t get in. They didn’t apologize but ran off down the hall as if no one was there. VERY DISTURBING

Negatives: Cleanliness in the bathroom. The bathroom door had dirt and make up on it.

Negatives: Small area of the floor had water seeping through.

Negatives: there was no creamer for the coffee

Negatives: Wait for the elevator

Negatives: Almost everything. We weren’t given the room we purchased on booking.com. We were in a basic room. The hotel was undergoing a big renovation that booking.com didn’t mention. There is NO restaurant or room service. We had to go up to 4th floor then walk the length of the building to get to another set of elevators to go down to the 3rd floor. That was the only way to access that floor. Same thing to get back to lobby. The address listed is the old entrance and is closed off. So don’t use the address or directions listed here. Drills and other power tools ran all day long around us. We as to complain (I cried at the reception desk) to get moved to the room type we booked in the first place. We paid $38 for a breakfast buffet (you pay before entering) to see that most food was gone or cold. They had NO milk or cream of any kind for coffee. Not even powdered. They had no utensils or bowls and very few plates. We got the last two. It almost ruined the whole weekend. The restaurant next door was terrible. They were out of everything also. Is the city having a supply issue?! Never again.

Negatives: So I prepaid through booking with an affirm payment. When I arrived on site they said that it wasn’t paid and since there is no card for that payment then I had to pay full from my account. I have been paying monthly for months on the affirm payment that is now not valid. With no refund back

Negatives: The coffee employee during the afternoon was extremely rude. Ignored me and kept talking to someone else and cussing the whole time. Made me feel like I was bothering her and only got bottle of coke not even a coffee.

Negatives: Valet was understaffed and not helpful.
