Positives:
The only thing I liked was that it did look like the pictures.
Negatives:
It wasn’t clean, roaches were in the bathroom. The house keeping was very slow when it came up needing things. Seemed very short staffed. And two of the front desk people were acting kinda weird. Wasn’t worth what we paid for.

The customer service was exceptional. My room was clean and comfortable. The concierge called me to make sure I was happy with my room and comfortable. She also asked me if I needed anything. I really enjoyed my stay and slept so well!
