Owner knows I can only stay on the ground floor for my physical disabilities but this time after I paid he tells me only 2nd floor and refused to refund my money. This room was not clean compared to the other 2 rooms I stayed in before, so I cleaned it.

The room was not very clean. We went to Walmart to by sheets because the sheets on the bed had holes in them and looked like they had not been changed. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a month.
