Positives:
The location was very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The indoor pool was nice for our 2 year old when it was not too crowded. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
I had trouble learning the routine for the breakfast. Some mornings the hostess wanted to make things fresh and other times it was more of a get it yourself process. It was convenient to have a meal at the hotel.

Cost of the breakfast per person. Waffle house 2 minutes away and wayyyy cheaper and freshly cooked.
On the day of check out, as my children and I were returning from breakfast, the house keepers on the second floor at 10, had a very FOWL conversation and made remarks that were TOTALLY offensive.
One lady made a comment, "These mother f---s want to play around. IM READY to get the f... outta her. " The other lady was yelling how some "m...f... made her sore and rescheduled her appointment." I have 2 small children who heard this as well. I then called the front desk for late check out so that we could have time to enjoy facilities ,shower, and rest before our long trip home. 1230 as I am packing and getting ready for check out, one of the housekeepers started banging on the door. Not a knock but banging. I usually like to tip and leave a thank you gift for our cleaning services/housekeepers, but this time, I could not. I will NOT be staying at this facility ever again in the future.
I do truly appreciate the front desk lady for allowing the late check out and being super kind. (EASTER SUNDAY 04/20/2025)
