The property looked outdated. A lot of mix of old and new. You could tell what was new and what was old. The carpet was worn and old. The room looked like it was only half remodeled. Breakfast had the standard items nothing stood out. The choices were limited.

After a 12 hr drive it was very disappointing that the pool was closed because the heater wasnt working. We wouldnt have arrived 2 hours early if we knew the kids couldnt swim. The hotel should have communicated this to us.

I only booked this specific hotel for the indoor pool, and it was closed with no mention online. And the breakfast was terrible. The shower head hardly worked and when turned all the way up the water was not hot enough. and the remote was messed up and wouldn’t work unless I was two inches from the tv.

I booked the wrong date but she could fix it. Instead I got charged twice for one night stay . I have ask for a refund with no response.
