Positives: Very clean and well-appointed room. Friendly staff, cheerful lobby.

Negatives: The breakfast buffet was sub-par. The scrambled eggs were some kind of powdered mix(I guess; the yellow color was not one found in nature); same with the “cheese omelette.” Half-and-half pitcher for coffee was taken away 30 minutes before breakfast was over. The aforementioned “cheese omelette” was cold and had the consistency of rubber; the turkey sausage was also cold. Very surprised/disappointed, as our stay was very nice outside of the bad food.

Negatives: Put us right next door to a room that the door was busted into. When I asked what happened they said firefighters busted it down. Didn’t seem right when the manager can easily open any door. Also the hallway had a really bad smell to it the three days we were there. When I asked they said some foreign guests were cooking their ethnic foods!

Negatives: The housekeeping was poor!!! We had to ask for the bedding to be changed after a week!! The bed was not made, we had to ask for clean towells, ask for toilet paper, tea towells and dishcloths ☹️

Positives: Location was perfect! The black mold in every shower the black stains in every toilet was awful. Our TV did not work in the room and the shower had black mold all around the floor of the shower. They gave a another room with working TV and less mold in the shower. It was on the first floor and the noise the next morning was ridiculous! We will not be coming back. For that price I will never!
