Positives: Room was not what I had confirmed.. low on staff lllllllllllonline booking is not a good thing...just because they are new, they should be ready for the roomers.no kleenex

Negatives: No Kleenex in bathroom. Hookup for coffee pot was not away from the sink. Holes in tub. We had three adults...not enough towels and wash cloths. No refrig as advertised. Was booked for 4 days before stay and was not ready for us.
