When we checked in I told the guy at the counter we're paying cash and not to charge my card. He said no he wasn't charging my card but didn't ask for payment (so I thought we'd pay at checkout). Got to our room and my bank notified me about 3 charges making my acct overdrawn. I asked to refund immediately and was told he could not do that. so I had to freeze my acct until we got home, and had no money on vacation.
Then our friends room had black mold completely covering his bathroom (and he is highly asmatic). I have already submitted a picture to booking.com).
There was another couple staying there that had the same issue with their card being charged. AND, the picture of the pool online was WAY bigger than the pool actually was, and we had kids with us. The breakfast bar was in the office lobby, which is filthy and the cold foods got warm because it is so hot there.

We traveled here for my daughter’s softball tournament. The first night we had ti change rooms because the toilet didn’t flush and the dead bolt was broken. When they moved us to the second room the hot water didn’t work, the dead bolt was also barely hanging on; there was roaches in the floor. I had to clean the refrigerator out. This hotel was a nightmare to us! I have a special needs son and he couldn’t even get comfortable. The staff didn’t seem to care much

There was a roach in our bathroom. The dial on the air conditioner was broken. It was dirty looking outside. There was dog poop all outside of our room, and down the walkway.

Extremely dirty while staff was great the room smelled like mold there was hair on the sheets and in the shower the toilet still had residue in it from a previous person as well as it did not flush. The lock was broken on the door and the other guests staying were not very friendly as they yelled at the staff for minor things and gave them attitude for no reason but that’s an opinionated response
