Clean, easily accessible breakfast. The eggs were perfectly round shaped and somewhat warm. Warmer looked new.
Quiet. Lovely grounds. Designated pet area also clean and new grass. Outdoor fireplace looked great.
Negatives:
Our very nice room's AC was buzzing. Told Reception about malfunctioning AC and asked for a different room. No other rooms available to us unless someone didn't show later that evening. Repair person was about to leave and he agreed to check AC unit. Yes, motor needs replacing. Told no other room available. We asked for Manager. Manager contacted and we were given another room.

The hotel canceled my confirmed reservation as I was driving there to check in. No reason given other than they were sold out. Yeah, they resold my room for double the $ because of Talladega races the next day.The hotel never contacted Booking to notify them so they could find me another room. Hilton left me stranded in a city alone, tired and frustrated. And this to a customer who had stayed for 2 nights earlier the same week. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

When we entered into our room it looked clean, but there were two used wet wash cloths in the shower. Then there was a roach outside our door. When told the front desk no one came to look at the towels in the shower. For all the money it costs to stay you would think that these problems would not exist. If I was the hotel I would invest in better training of cleaning.

Friendly professional staff. Easy off highway. Clean quiet and comfortable studio. Darkening blinds were wonderful. Bedding comfortable. Hot water in the shower and plenty of towels!
Negatives:
Ongoing noise in bathroom..broken fan?? Thankfully once door was closed, it wasn't an issue to the rest of the studio. Disappointed there was no almond or soy milk option at breakfast. But neither issue a deal breaker. I would stay again!

The staff was great. The room was better than expected with plenty of room and a couch bed. The room is equipped with a large refrigerator, coffee maker, dish washer and real plates, cups and silverware. It was almost like staying at home. Also, I liked staying on the first floor without the hassle of the elevator. Everything about our stay (me and my grandson) was excellent.
Negatives:
The breakfast bar was not exactly as good as I was expecting. Also, I didn't find any splenda sweetner on the coffee bar. That's not a big deal but I used mine I had in my car.

We were charged for 2 rooms. Made reservation through Booking.com and am exploring resolution there as well. Evening person at check in was fairly rude when we expressed surprise at the double booking. Morning person was pleasant and helpful, assuring us that we were only being charged for one night. Credit card shows money charged on both 2/7 and 2/8 but we were only given a receipt for 2/8. Hotel isn't nice enough to pay twice.
