Positives: The location was next door to the Top of the River seafood restaurant and located near the river Bank. The room decor was as described for superior king and the bed was very very comfortable. The friendly ducks walking around the side of the property was an a pleasant surprise.

Negatives: I thought the room door needed to be updated for security purposes since there were no security cameras on the premises and the deluxe rooms are located off to the side.
