Negatives: The mattress was very uncomfortable

Negatives: Not enough parking spots. Parking lot to small

Negatives: Cant think of one thing

Negatives: The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom door was a sliding door that was also attached to the closet and you could not shut the bathroom door from the inside of the bathroom and also no lock. We were also charged an excessive cleaning fee when we checked out of 150 00 so we immediately turned around and went back in to talk with them. We talked with the GM manager who said it was charged due to sand being in the bathtub and the drain being stopped up. The sand was from our shower after a day at the beach. But we knew there was absolutely no way it had stopped the drain up so my husband tried to get the GM to go back to the the room with him to show him where it was stopped up and he refused so my husband went up stairs back to the room where 2 ladies were cleaning the room. He took a rag and got the sand out and put in the trash can and ran the water which the drain was not stopped up. Meanwhile I was still down stairs talking with the GM who had said if I would get my husband to come back down he would give me my mo ey back which was the 150.00 excessive cleaning fee. So I went up to get my husband came back down and my husband and the GM exchanged words my husband was upset and walked out to the car and the GM had told me because of what my husband had said he would not be refunding the money!

Negatives: Key cards didn't work, no early check in, stained/leaky ceiling in room, breakfast supply out by 8am, luggage rack empty tires/hard to steer.

Negatives: The seat on the toilet was to small for the toilet need to change

Negatives: Breakfast items (milk) unavailable. Coffee was not available 24 hours as advertised.

Negatives: there was nothing that i didnt like
