The elevator was out major hassle. The room was needs some updating the ceiling looked like water damaged or mold. The room was handicapped we booked room back in January. Although not a big deal a difficult shower being over 6 feet.

The beds were terrible …my granddaughter and her husband went home a day early..first Hampton inn I have stayed in with bad beds.. only one elevator working .. Ice machine not working had to buy bags of ice

the fact they gave our room away. I arrived with a family of five for a baseball tournament. I was supposed to check in Wednesday night but did not make it, because I broke my toe. So, we showed up Thursday about 12 noon to found out they cancel my whole booking. This was unheard of.
We luckily found a room elsewhere to accommodate us. My grandchildren were fearful we were going to have to sleep in the car.
