Before at 10am before check out time. Front desk knocked on door. Didn't give me a chance to answer and tried to come in room. I had the top lock on it. And ask was I staying another day or was I checking out. I ask wasn't check at 11am.

Didnt enjoy my stay not a little I was charged a $100 deposit twice for a extended stay separate nights I feel I was being racial profiled by staff room was infested with roaches and room smelt like sewage

It was 15min away from the civic center & the room was very relaxing as well as the steaming hot bath I took.

The only thing I dislike about the hotel was while looking online I was giving the impression that they serve breakfast in the morning a they did not. Now by there being a refrigerator and two-eye burner in the room they could provided some cookware.

It smells so bad, I read on a review that stated it smelled and I just figure that was a while back so let me give them a chance. No, it was horrible we winded up leaving didnt even stay there. I just winded up booking another hotel and took the loss of the money for the 2 rooms I had.

There was no breakfast. The location was close to my job.
Negatives:
The bed was falsely advertised as a queen. It is not. It's a full. They charge for pillows and blankets. They charge for wifi, it's not free. There's no housekeeping. There is very rarely anyone at the front desk. And the site advertised that the kitchenette would have dishware. It does not.

The location was great. Did not how to fight the traffic entering or exiting. The security door is great that entering into the hallway where the rooms are.
Negatives:
The tub was draining slow while taking a shower. There was no breakfast, coffee, or ice machine available to get ice right away. Bugs was seen crawling around kitchen and bathroom.
