We had to change our rooms 2 times because in both rooms the toilets didn't work. The door of the room we finally stayed at did not close properly.
The carpet in our room was sticky and you would not want to walk on there without shoes. The breakfast was also very poor. There was not a lot to choose from and the stuff that was there was not very special. Also the coffee dispenser was empty all the time and no one seemed to care. All in all 1/5

We liked the breakfast. I also personally love the shampoo and conditioner that’s in the rooms. Also the beds were comfortable in our room atleast. It also was peaceful and no one disturbed us.
Negatives:
The only thing we wish they would’ve had was instead of scrambled eggs those yellow omelets just because I’m not a big egg person. Also the other thing was they won’t take cash for the incidental fee which put us checking in late and late to our reservation. We think cash should be accepted for the incidental so we can get it right back when we check out! It shouldn’t be held for days after check out because it’s expected of us to pay it right up front (which is understandable) but when we check out we should get our money RIGHT back! Besides those two things though we had a great experience.
