Went there after a day of traveling and get there and get into my room, it was not clean. Bedding was on the floor food was on the table. Had to cancel the room because they where over booked. So we had to go across town to get a room.

Front desk person very polite and helpful

Room was dated and furnishings were in disrepair. Floor was filthy. I walked bare foot from the bed to the bathroom and back and my feet were black from the dirty floor. I wet a towel and scrubbed the floor.

The free breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed it too.
Negatives:
The room was HOT and would not cook properly. Lamps didnt work (except bedside one). The door had to be practically kicked open. Some outlets did not work.

The location is why we chose the hotel. We went to a show at the saenger theater just a few blocks over.

There was hair everywhere. Cobwebs in the corners. Dirt on the floors, I was bare foot and had to keep wiping my feet off before I could even get into bed. The room was not a non smoking room like we had booked. It smelled awful. Lastly my eggs were cold

The location is fantastic. also, the free parking for guests is awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful period keep in mind that because of this location there is a lot of road noise.

1st our room was given away, they gave us 1 bed instead of 2. It was dirty inside & out. Elevators seemed like could break down any minute. There was no parking at arrival. We were woken up at 7am on a Sunday AM by a place across the street blaring music

Did not feel safe, when it rained the stairway smelled of pee, the room had a smell, the flooring were sticky, the furniture was chewed on by animals, homeless men smelled real bad

We had to change rooms twice due to lock issues. The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom fixtures in the room we finally ended up in were not well maintained.
