The entire hotel needs to be burned down and rebuild … this was an absolute shit show from check-in the lobby smells awful and parking lot full of crack heads and prostitute and going up to the room elevator did not work .. stairs shakes get all the up to my floor and room was filthy and disgusting. The bathroom toilet tub was dirty. The floors were disgusting disgusting and also the chair that was in the room was so dirty. It smell so stinky as I was gathering my things because no way I was staying there people was pulling on the door, saying that this was day room and it just did not feel safe. This was the worst experience I have received at a hotel. I wish they were just shit the hotel down completely.

You guy really need to think more about updating your whole property. The rooms are the worst. They smell so bad I had to go purchase cleaning supplies and sheets. Cause I had already paid for the room coming to visit my son and his family. I am 63 years old and my son and his wife DID NOT WANT ME TO STAY. I just wanted a little time to myself from my husband. I guess this is the hotel they come to when they want to get high?
