Negatives: We booked a smoke free room. We got a smoke room and had to pay extra if we wanted a smoke free room. After a argument we showed our reservation and we could get another room. When we entered the room we emediatly smel the smoke. We were tired and decided that we are ok with it but we didn't want to get blamed for the smoke. We went to the service desk and complaint about the smel, told the woman that we are ok with it but we don't want to get in trouble. She said she would write it down. The room was old and wasn't clean. We slept terrible because of the beds.
